Welcome to aminus3. I liked some of your old posts too. I am still wondering why have you posted so many pictures against dates when you did not join am3. Many people just not bother to look previous posts. Probably you many want to post them into future dates.

Secondly, you should try some noise reduction processing on this image. The one that I like is Noiseware noise reduction software. They have a community version which is free. It will take away all the grains that you see in the sky here.

However the noise here created a nice effect. The picture looks like an old painting, with the buildings blurred.
