Shake Shake! Jason always tells me not to forget the rule of thumb, your shutter speed should atleast the inverse of your zoom. Here it should be atleast 1/57 for hand held shoot.
But what the hell is that tree shaped like? Weird!
Shuva is quoting my rules! I suspect it was dark out when you took this? Also looks like your camera has built in IS so that it should help with shots like this... the rule is correct as Shuva said - your shutter speed should always be faster than 1/focal length - so if you are zoomed in at say 100mm focal length you want your shutter speed to be 1/100" or faster. IS helps this so that you can go a litle slower but it is still good to follow that rule if you don't want to have blurry images.
Apart from the apparant blur , if it was possible to avoid that barbed wire behind the subject (may be shooting from the other side) it shoud 've been a better one.
